Bob Beckman

Robert Beckman is President of BusinessLendingConnection.com, and Rehab Funding, Co-Owner of 360° Business Solutions, Inc., and General Partner of Rehab Investments, L.P.

Rehab Funding, founded in 1992, had been a leading national Hard Money Lender and construction loan company specifically organized to arrange Rehab loans and Commercial RE loans< /strong>, for companies, professionals and real estate investors. Rehab Investments, L.P. funded over 1500 loans totaling more than $80,000,000. Mr. Beckman was directly responsible for developing the programs, marketing, processing and underwriting criteria used to develop and practice Rehab Funding’s business.

Currently, Rehab Funding has shifted its focus to managing its portfolio of properties and creating and marketing resources for real estate professionals, and Bob continues to travel the country, working with real estate companies, and providing his knowledge and experience to help them to raise capital for all types of business loans and to maximize their chances of successfully working with lenders.

Since 2003, Mr. Beckman has been a national speaker presenting at Investor groups, clubs, and training seminars as well as national brokerages on financing and real estate investing.

David Cline

David Cline is currently Co-Owner, CEO and President of 360° Business Solutions, Inc. and Co-Owner of  BusinessLendingConnection.com. David is the co-creator of the company’s suite of products, (www.360realestateinvestor.com). Mr. Cline spearheaded projects such as the creation, design, and the functionality of the company’s products such as The 360° Real Estate Investor Business Management Software and Website Builder, the most comprehensive system ever designed for the real estate investment community. This powerful software system oversees and manages all of the needs for real estate investors such as lead generation/marketing, deal analysis, purchasing, repairs, rentals, property management, sales, etc. It also tracks all expenses, and can build repair lists and necessary contracts.

Previously, Mr. Cline served as Vice President and Director of Business Development at Rehab Funding. Mr. Cline was responsible for developing the world class business software that managed the day to day business of Rehab Funding. The Enterprise Resource Planning software helped to automate and organize all Rehab Funding’s business processes from lead generation, underwriting, closing, invoicing and ultimately to payoff of all loans.

Mr. Cline previously worked for the Unisys Corporation (a global provider of information technology services and programs). There he assisted in the build out of various programs for the company and its clients.

Harry Sauer

Harry is Co-Owner of 360° Business Solutions, Inc., and Founder and Managing Director at Numeric Analytics, a national consulting practice providing web analytic, marketing automation and online marketing optimization services, Harry grew the business from inception into a highly successful leader in the industry.  He created a multi division scalable infrastructure built through a first class senior management team while establishing key relationships with strategic business partners. He oversaw major business functions including business development, recruitment and all financial aspects of the business.

As a Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ACSYS Inc., Harry initially built a highly successful regional Accounting, Finance and Information Technology staffing firm and then through a series of mergers, helped  grow it into a $180mm publicly traded company with over 40 offices nationwide. Harry served on the ACSYS Inc. Board of Directors, providing advice and counsel on mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure, valuations, compensation guidelines, stock option plans, financial results and ultimately the sale of the company.

Harry has an MBA from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from American University.
